Having your tires regularly rotated and balanced increases their lifespan and durability. Over time, tires are worn down by the surfaces they drive over. If they are kept in the same position on your vehicle, they will continually erode in the same place. This uneven wear causes them to break down more quickly.
Keeping up with your tire’s rotation and balance schedule as recommended by your tire manufacturer – typically every 6,000 miles, or every other oil change – is an inexpensive way to save you money in the long run!
At all our locations, we are able to quickly and professionally rotate and balance your tires. To ensure the highest quality and efficient service, we utilize state-of-the-art computer spin-balance equipment. If you have any tire rotation and balance questions, contact us or visit, where we’ll be happy to help!

HOW DO YOU KNOW IT’S TIME FOR NEW TIRES?

If you can see cord or fabric through the rubber
If the sidewall has a crack or bump
If there’s a laceration or hole too big to simply repair
If there are two (or more) tread-wear indicators
If the sidewall or tread is broken, slashed, or injured to the point where the fabric or cord is visible
HOW CAN YOU PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR TIRES?

Perform regular inspections. Look for cracks, swells, and uneven wear. If you see something unusual, bring in your vehicle so we can repair it before the problem gets worse!
Rotate and balance your tires according to your vehicle’s manufacturer recommendation. Typically, this is every 6,000 miles (or every other oil change).
Keep your tires properly inflated. Not only does maintaining the proper inflation improve your fuel efficiency, but it also protects your tires from unnecessary wear. Your average tire is estimated to lose roughly 1 pound per square inch of air every month (even more in colder weather).

Is your tire tread not what it used to be? Do you know if you need new tires, or could they just be repaired? Perhaps they just simply need a good rotate and balance(recommended every 6,000 miles, or every other oil change)!
Let’s say you do need new tires, but where do you start to ensure you get the right tire(s)? Below are a few tips to help you navigate the process of your tire purchase!
The first step in determining your vehicle’s recommended tire size can quickly be found in one of the following ways:
